Hal ---

I don't think it was you who was asking the other day, seems as if it were Doug, but no matter, for I know you're running multi monitors ....
concerning the big blue bar and stuff at the top of the new SI screen ...

As you know, I have a couple of monitors which I try to keep full of open windows ...
here is a handy tip for getting rid of the unusable space at the top of the SI screen .....

shrink the SI screen to the desired size with the posts listed area exposed while scrolling all the material above it up and out of sight ...
then
instead of clicking on the "view recent posts" to see the new posts ---- go to the top of the browser and click REFRESH ...
the fresh screen will center itself automatically where you had it and you won't see the blue bar at the top ....

This works for IE... don't know about Netscape ..
