FTEL was NOT delisted from the nasdaq.

FTEL traded until 17/3/99 on the BB. Looks like I mixed it up with anoter F stock, which has been actually delisted, I stand corrected.

Yes... I own FCM stock and have since '96. And I'm proud of it.

From the S-1: The Company's Common Stock is traded
on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol FTEL. The closing price of the Company's Common Stock on April 4, 1997 was $3.50 per share.
