My two year old is also allergic to all milk products. We know how difficult it is to get a child to eat different foods at that age anyway. We give him Rice Milk. It comes in many flavors. He went from Soy Formula to milk...had a terrible reaction. Then we tried imitation milk. He was fine but they do not sell the kind we need in Florida so we found Rice Milk. It is sold in the Health food Section of grocery stores. Even better, find a health food store. It is usually less expensive. We also give him Rice Cakes with Peanut Butter or Jelly or Applebutter. I suggest that you check the ingredients on store bought food items because we made an assumption that was not good about Waffles. Just becareful. I wish you all the luck.
