Introduction Compact

I have a 2 year old who is constantly breaking out in rashes all over her body. I went to a paediatric allergist today who told us we must eliminate Milk, Soya, Potatoes and Wheat. I have gone over the internet to find some recipes, but am afraid I won't be able to find anything she likes. She IS 2 and a very picky eater already...Anyone have any ideas?
