ATLANTA, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- flightserv.com (Amex: FSW - news) said that it is not aware of any pending corporate developments that would explain the
recent substantial increase in the price and trading volume of the Company's stock. The Company expects to file its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal
year ended June 30, 1999 next week which will show a loss for the year in connection with the previously announced redirection of the Company from a residential
