I do not watch TRIN too much as I believe it's a lagging Indicator for my purposes. I would like to see what it does with 1321....provided it hits there. A sharp break and then I would look to see if it could break 1315 once again. If it does not break 21 sharply then I'd be concerned that the Upside is the correct play.
