Steve, There has been so much smoke around CNC's accounting practices for so long a time and by so many people (reports and rumors), I just thought it was prudent to exit in the low $30's vs. wait for the bomb to hit. These days it only takes a miss by a penny to crater a stocks for a long long time. Just an opinion, but there are better stocks out there. ---- Dave
