Semantics I suppose,,,it did not get higher than yesterdays 1300 but it shure did fail,,,big time ,,uhh,,, They blame it on Steve Balmer of MSFT,,,,said Tech Stochs are overvalued or something,,,hey maybe its time to buy them now that the blue light special has been turned on .....
