Investors make their investment decisions based on anticipated events/resources. I anticipate a resource possibly over 100 million ounces [of gold] -hence it appears to be a baragin to me!

As best as I can tell, at least 6 Majors/Funds are jumping up and down on the negotiating table right now not to mention the dozen others who are rolling around on the floor eating table scraps.
