Chip McVickar: I get the same thing. The last time I approached WOW about problems with their software it was regarding their P&F chart feature. Their reply to me was, "not many people use that feature". Fortunately for me most of the features I like seem to work OK with WOW or at least with very little extra effort to get them to function on an acceptable level. I went through a major adaptation when I switched to WOW from my Dow Jones Software. Frankly speaking WOW's attitude and service suck, they do not want to hear about problems. I don't bother to contact WOW anymore, period. If a problem gets to the point I can't solve it on my own, I will switch software venders. Regards, LG
