pg Just for the record, you will find a decimal point in front of the 3 in Gerry's message. However I agree with you, a 3 meter wafer, no decimal point, would really send the equipment market into orbit. Let's see, 200mm to 300mm is a 50% increase, so by extrapolation it would only take 6 more generations of 50 % increases in the wafer diam. to get there.. I'm not serious, just enjoying HELX's run and sipping a glass of wine before dinner. Regards, jtj
