Here's a company with over 70% of the cryopump market, yielding over 3%, and growing earnings nearly 100% per year over the past couple of years. Cryopumps commonly go on sputtering equipment, sometimes on etchers, and on other high vacuum processing equipment as well. As you might imagine these pumps are also used on equipment to make disk drives, flat panels, CD-ROMS, etc. Trailing P/E of around 13 makes this one hard to pass up.
