Chip: The day is still young. We need at least one wave of selling. That should provide us with a good read on what this is. It looks like we picked up around 75 million extra shares in the afternoon. A non-event last hour on the NYSE should be 170 million today. I would like to see 220 million. With that and a strong close, everyone should be beating on the door to get in tomorrow morning.
