Chip,

As I stated to Hal, that's gonna be too much work for you and me
to wade through all that data for the trade report. I've devised
a spreadsheet that only needs these items of info. from each participant:

[# of contracts bought] [avg. price]
[# of contracts sold] [avg. price]

Any additional data reported will only get in the way, and will be
too cumbersome for all involved. See this post for further info.
