Jeffry, J.C. accused max90 of lying and falsification in Message 11414831 J.C. claimed that Max took the excerpt from an earlier SEC filing and misrepresented it as being from the latest S-3 one. Max90 showed (and I checked) that the excerpt did indeed come from the latest S-3. J.C.'s accusations were unwarranted and false.
