Law suit against LU is another RACE joke. RACE has no sales, LU really isn't hurting them. Barker using shareholder money to defend his patents is pretty low. But not the first - HARB's CEO threw out a SLAPP paid by his co. because someone complained about his management and his bushy eyebrows. Barker has the patents but they may belong to RACE (depending on his employment contract)- I doubt it though. Hey, may be RACE shareholders should be suing Barker? Looks like RACE finally admit to PRAG being able to sell. P.S. Another reason to sue Barker. Why would he give all theses shares to Prag (when they are using LFC services and give Prag an easy out?) Why wouldn't they hold Prag to the same deal. Either Barker is a total idiot or it was planned that way.
