Oh bullshit Val, anything JL or Prag have done had to be filed upon. If I recall those shares have a lockup that hasn't expired yet. Don't know about Prag but JL has indeed bought shares from the open market which he can legally trade at any time upon a timely filing. As to the patents they've always belonged to the company and if you read the discussions on "Intellectual Property" on p14 everytime the word patent is mentioned it's always in the possessive to "The Company" I just don't understand why you'd spend so much time analyzing the last 30 pages of the filing to such an extent, it's pretty much a repeat of what's been in all the past filings. I sure hope you're not short because if what seems to be going around has any truth to it you're going to be in for a very scary week and it would be a real bummer to get bitten by the same dog twice.
