Yeltsin ballots. And truthfully, should your described scenario evolve,
I kinda like having a defintion of what's happening. I really hate it
when the market/economy does something surprising and I can't think of
a single reason for it. If Gitzyerrocsov receives more mailed in ballots
than America's favorite drunk, I'll be alert.
Take a look at Chile some time, most enlightening. Positive balance
of trade, no National debt, no budget deficit. A very strange way to
