Mike - that was the annual fee for contract with the new PR firm. It was paid in stock, not in cash thus you can't classify it as being "taken away" from promoting the product since I somehow doubt they could trade stock for printed ads. Actually the PR firm is in effect promoting the product since they're getting the word out to a lot more people than running a few ads would do.
