I'll agree, there's a lot of information left out I'm sure they'll be expalining soon. No, you don't have to leave your PC on to use the phone, it's just that when you're online you can still originate and receive calls on the same line your modem is connected to. If need be I'll try to explain it a little clearer tonight.
