The growth market in dialup service is among relatively unsophisticated users arriving to the net party via sub-$1K machines. This has got to be really, really simple if it is to work with this market. Agreed. But even that market will rapidly disappear as BB cranks up content and availability. This has got to be really, really simple if it is to work with this market. When I suggested this type of service 2 1/2 years ago, I was told that tech support would be almost impossible for DR to handle. I'm not aware of any service contracts. What's changed, other than its been proven businesses have shown an aversion to BT?
