We may actually get a relief rally if the FED tightens again today... The argument would be that the FED is done for the year... If we do get a relief rally, it probably won't last too long because the number of New Lows continues to overpower the New Highs... It wouldn't surprise me to see a FED rate cut in December... That should give us a year end rally to help take the uncertainty off Y2k...
