Agreed.
However, please consider that "the friggin' rules" are sometimes not enforced in anything resembling a consistent fashion.

Your argument (as I understand it) would support the expulsion of any and all who have crossed any line as laid out in the TOU. But too many are still here today with multiple and serious past infractions.

Again, I ask, how is SI richer or "better off" without him?
