Dear Sonki: No, I do not think FON ON ITS OWN is a good buy at its current price. Its run up quite a bit just on this potential merger but notice it hasnt run anywhere near the normal "discount" from the exchange value. Thus, IMHO, the market is saying, if this thing doesnt happen FON takes a big drop. Course if it DOES HAPPEN you get a nice premium. So in effect if you buy FON you are gambling that WCOM can pull it off. Has nothing to do with the merits of FON stock per se. JDN
