This is not a question of bad or good. The question is: "Do you want to subscribe to a service that has some form of order?" The order is what differentiates SI from YAHOO. If you haven't been over there to see what happens when there are is no order, I suggest you check it out.

Everybody has to read the rules and agree to them when they subscribe. If we put everyone who violates the rules up to a vote, how much time will you have to devote to actual investing?

I vote to keep him/her out!
