Does anyone think buying a gnet yo yo for someone's vote might constitute an SI TOS violation?

Since it is pretty clear that your vote is totally meaningless, and that the decision has already been made, I think you are in the clear.

However, you might become a co-defendant in a personal injury case should the yo-yo take out someone's eye. Food for thought.
