My only point, and I see I didn't do well in making it, is that even with every post he ever made, you would still be in the dark. That is because you could find technical violations of the TOU in many of them, just as you could find the same thing in many of mine, or anyone else's posts. And since the TOU are applied inconsistently, (which NOBODY disputes), you would be in the same boat as you are now. So, unless SI decides to break their rule (as they have here) in discussing someone's violations publicly, we are SOL.
