Hi Tom, Thanks for sharing the info. on the REIT's. Since I don't really have any income producing equities in my port., I was thinking maybe tucking away a couple $$ for a couple of decades, and reinvesting the dividends might not be a bad idea. The 15-20% yields got my attention, and the p/e's and B/V's got me scratching my head. I agree that this is not short-term strategy, and would only make sense for a very small portion of my port. I'm not an old geezer like you yet! Hey, wait a minute, don't stocks go up 15-20% a day now? Why would I want to wait a whole year? So many questions......oh, and by the way, next time I'm puttin all my replies to you guys in 1 big post! I'm sure you're all sick of me by now! C-ya D1
