No, what I mean is that traders on the floor tend to go with the flow, I believe, as the afternoon is winding down.

They may try stop runs in the early part of the day and then try to reverse them. But a stop run in the late afternoon can develop momentum because it's too late to play games.

EDIT Let's see, it took 23 minutes to post that. I better use Stops in the contest today.
