Dave, that is a different part of the process.

Their intention is to utilize a system by which the e-retailer may complete a transaction and be paid quickly on the credit card transaction. The current routing abilities of Integration Financial Network would have nothing to do with this.

Arguably, the one thing holding most people and businesses from transacting business on the Internet is the lack of credible security regarding payment processing. Bank of America is hoping to alleviate this concern and increase these companies revenue opportunities by offering this service through their bank. A service that they CAN NOT currently offer.

ZixIt has created this service in an un-hackable system that will give both retailers and consumers the confidence to pursue this form of commerce. The current systems available are not nearly as secure as the ZixIt program due to it's unique set of protocols and encryption sets.

And one of the more interesting considerations you will find if you speak to someone at either company is the idea that Bank of America is looking to be a pioneer in this area and set a standard for the remainder of the industry. Obviously, I believe that ZixIt will give them that credibility and I offer my own investment in this equity as proof of my confidence in their system.

Dave, I appreciate very much your honest questions and ability to use reason instead of one liners to get your point across. We obviously have differing views on this matter, but it is good to discuss these concepts intelligently going forward. I wish you much success.
