Kevin, actually they're on their third business plan in less than 1 year. To add to your list, the company's flagship "products" are not even developed in house. Try telling clients that technical support will be provided by a third party which is outside Cook's jurisdiction.

As for credibility, Cook has none with shareholders. He has broken every promise made so far, missed every milestone set out by himself. His record lends me to the belief that potential customers will never trust Cook in any of his business promises.

Cook has demonstrated to the community his ignorance about the technology and competitors via the CC in July.

Cook has also demonstrated to the community his naive miscalculations of the market share he so confidently led investors to believe.
