Hi Steve, I lost my last post so I can assure you this one will be shorter. I think that your timing is excellent on setting up new AIM accounts in the next week or so. Nice job. OT I would like to throw out some more thoughts on an AIM get togther. IMHO D1 & Tom have the best idea to date. Message 11528558 If we committ to a Software Event or some other Investment type Trade Show then we should have a tax write off, education and most important fun. Then we have another reason to attend. I think that is the key. Now I can't name everyone on this thread (don't want to leave anyone out) but I would like to paint a senario. First we have to form a committee that brings us three different locations & dates at least a year out. No first we have to have a meeting so we can elect that committee. So we must have a meeting and garnish volunteers. I propose that we meet between posts 10,003 & 10,008 for delegation of initial objectives. Well who is gonna delegate? Hopefully volunteers will cyber forward... But we must elect a committee head. Nothing is gonna happen until we pick a place & date. Get behind it and make it happen. PM or E-mail me your intension to get involved along with a mailing address & phone number (I will not pass out any of your private info without permission, trust me please). In following D1's lead, I too believe that Socal is currently the best choice for MC. I would like to be nominated as the event Organizer, but not an EGO thing (I can sweep floors). If we rented a meeting and or entertainment room then we could preplan our educational & social functions. We might meet at lunch for a presentaion from Tom and in the evening cocktails with Elvis himself. Might even sell a few tickets to some Lurkers. To get them envoled we might give Tom's Jag away as a door prize or better yet offer them a free Hellicoper ride with Bernie in Denver Stadium. I don't know, but I bet as a group we would create long & lasting impression on all that attended. Keith PS - Don't sell this idea short, we all need a vacation... Make a commitment today...........
