Anyone have an opinion on theBHE debacle Friday? BHE was growing at a 20+ rate and then bought AVEX. It had 10% GM. Using 10% for the old BHE business which could be 170 mill in Q4 plus 6% for avex which could be at the purchase run rate of 200-210 a quarter you would think the company could have a net of 2.9 % or so. This looks like another PLXS 98 opportunity to me when it declined a lot. Granted AVEX was not premier company and will need considerable IT expense and other cap ex but where does value overcome the high price and growth of the superior companies?
