Chip,

I'm looking for VIX to pierce 40 to signal the absolute bottom is in. Looks like it hit 33 & change at the low on 10/15. It sure is nice to know we have T-P's lined up for a possible s-t direction change. This news certainly provides the necessary spike in euphoria to make it happen... Don't you think?
