I read in a PCBM news release that PCBM is currently having an independent audit accomplished. I e-mailed the company asking for information about the accounting firm conducting the audit and will hopefully get a response soon. I tend to doubt claims of an "AUDIT" with no firm named. Does VMAX have any intention of filing anything regarding financials anytime soon? All of the talk around this thread sounds great but what SEC filings? I'm also concerned about the number of shares outstanding. Does anyone have a good feel for what's out there currently? Do I sound like I'm talking out of both sides of my mouth? After believing LONE claims for so long with no proof I feel like I am. Perhaps I'm getting a bit old to handle too much uncertainty anymore.
