FLYR is moving up on better than expected earnings. The stock is being accumulated (MACD, OBV) and appears ready to break out after some consolidation of recent gains. It is a "value stock" but is also growing through acquisitions and internal growth. They recently got an infusion of private venture funding for a spin-off web site business but current investors will retain majority interest. IMO, it is a buy on TA and fundamentals.
