You can in the 99 version. It will automatically do FIFO as one of the choices on the screen after you say you want to identify specific lots. You can do it by hand but it is a lot easier letting the computer do it, especially for an AIM holding. I have time problems and raised my minimum trades and only update Newport every two weeks (fool it with the dates and input weekly prices). I had a relatively large sale in a fund where I made numerous purchases of lesser magnitude. Took out five or six buys in a few seconds.

You can also change your choice just for fun by eliminating the sale and then reentering(?) it and picking specific lots or whatever. Just have to play around a little.
