This stock looks like it will see a lot of tax-loss selling:

* More than 75% of RACE is held by small investors.
* Going into November, most of them are holding at a big loss.

I would think that it would take a lot of good news to overcome the tax-loss selling pressure. Afterwards, such stocks often pop in January. I'll probably cover or box in late December.

I wonder if it will test the low of 1/2 that was set in June, 1998?
