BT: 56K operational, to be formally released soon.
ISDN: $$, $$, $$ and not portable or do you have an extremely short memory?

Which PBX & FAX facilities? C'mon now, you know darn well.

>>"So can cable" - most cable modems don't include phone capabilities.
>>""xDSL" - what little there is out there is a mixed bag of various non-compatible standards. Virtually all of the consumer connections are ADSL which is solely intended to carry data over the last mile, once it hits the CO it generally has nowhere else to go but to the ISP which is servicing that area - this internet yes, corporate network systems no. Regardless the opinion of some apparently very interested parties is that they want to see the ability for upwards compatibiliy in the product thus the new version of VocalWare.

If you ask me I don't see how one could judge the patents as valid and enforceable and then not see how the product in question was infringing. Oh well, commit assault with a deadly weapon and get probation, write a bad check and get 10 years.
