Dave, the chance of Cook abandoning ZixCharge is pretty high. He knows it, the board of directors knows it, some of the employees know it, some of us also think so. Cook's main concern is to maintain the stock price until he and his buddies can cash out with fat profits. $100 million is nothing to sneeze at <g>.
