Hi Everyone, The Idiot Wave stayed steady this week at 41% Cash Reserve indicated for Stocks and 27% for Mutual Funds. The Oscillator shows minus one. We're again in the middle of the Average Risk range with all the components about the same as last week. I'll write a full report later in the week.
