They have to be exercised by June, 2000...1 warrant + $7.12=1 share of common LGND... the warrants have been a great trading stock, with prices going up substantially with positive movement over 10 in the common...I have been fortunate to buy several times at the 1 11/16 and 2 1/4 levels...important to take profits, though, I've learned....making sure you keep a base amount...the company has a fantastic pipeline...
