MARLTON TECHNOLOGIES , INC.

Marlton Technologies, Inc.(AMEX:MTY) has just reported another strong
year of revenue and profit growth:

Net Margin 2% 5% 2% ( 1%)

Percent Change from Prior Period:
Revenues 38% 12% 28% 9%
Net Income/Share 41% 153% n/a n/a

Marlton Technologies, Inc.(AMEX:MTY)custom designs and manufactures
sophisticated trade show exhibits, displays, architectural and museum
interiors, graphics and signage, and provides trade show services
under the name "Sparks Exhibits".

I feel that Marlton is a good investment candidate because;

- It is a profitable and rapidly growing member of an industry
with strong growth prospects.

- Almost all of Marlton's business segments are contributing to
its revenue and profit growth - this is not just the product
of one segment which had a strong year.

- It is using its technologies and resources to expand into
closely allied business segments successfully.

- It appears to be approaching "critical mass" where it can add
revenues without incurring a commensurate amount of additional
overhead.

- The Company has a strong, sophisticated management team, and
a solid plan for growth - and there is tangible evidence that
it is successfully implementing this plan.

It appears that MTY is substantially undervalued at its April 11th
closing price of $3.37, as it can justify a market price in excess of
$6.00 per share.

The Napeague Letter has just updated its in-depth analysis of MTY.
