Tom, I expected to open weak this morning, but preliminary indications are that it will open near 37. Maybe one last chance to increase short positions. I agree with the suggestion of ZIXI issuing a convertible, given their cash burn and the high stock price they would be remiss not to take advantage of the opportunity to increase cash reserves.
