JIM:

Regarding DVIDC, I just noticed that the jump in September was due to a 1 for 7 reverse split.

This is apparently one of the few cases where the reverse split is taken before better news.

The Co. said it was done to comply with the NASDAQ listing requirements.

They reported a substantial improvement on revenues in August and 340% improvement for the last quarter compared with the previous year. They had a small profit for the first time since they have been public, but their financial status remains precarious.

The float is only 2 million, so today they traded 1/2 the float.
