Maybe we should add another entry to the "Big Lies" list. You know, the one that reads:

* "The check is in the mail."

* "She told me she was 18!"

* "I didn't inhale."

etc.

We could a new one for dubious companies:

* "We're going to be a filing company real soon now!"
