Yes, that's what I think of EBAS. I would think better of them if they were on the Nasdaq SmallCap market, but instead, you have a company that does the usual OTC BB games, such as not filing financial reports, paying a stock promoter (Merger Communications) to hype the hell out of the stock, etc.
