When to leave a winner?

I've been an off and on lurker for several years. I began Aiming about 2 years ago. I was lucky enough to ride on the coat tails of the original BOBJY twins. In October on '97 I purchased BOBJY (now BOBJ) at 11.375. I've been with it ever since. Now it's been flirting with $100/sh, nearly a ten bagger.

My question is: When is enough enough? I'm nervous about how rapidly BOBJ has risen lately. It has become the dominant stock in my portfolio. I've been buying and selling over the years. Lately I've been pulling a lot of vealies. I'm worried that the stock may be blowing off. BOBJ is doing well financially but what if it's about to crash?

The collective thinking in this household, my wife and I, are split on what to do, sell all and reinvest the proceeds or ride the AIM experience for all its worth, down into the pits if need be.

I haven't seen a lot of discussion about when to get out an AIM stock, for good or bad reasons. Any suggestions on what I should do? When do others decide to sell out of an AIM stock because it is doing exceptionally well or exceptionally bad?
