Rumors have the definative agreement just about ready to roll and the Q's and K's in a week or so. For what it's worth. I've been through two mergers and these things take time to pan out and make sure all the i's are dotted and such. Just sitting here patiently waiting for the definative and filings. Should be worth the wait.
