You didn't even read those posts, did you? How could they have made changes when the software client couldn't be developed until recently? That's like blasting the automakers because they can't make a perfect solar car yet. How's that little civil action against you going? I read that a Judge ruled "no more use of any PC with a modem" in a similar case.
